it's called wobble.. we create those sound effects with our mouths.. vibrato is natural.. that's not natural..however it is a nice effect. What is the age bracket for this "youth" choir.. because young voices shouldn't be singing things of this nature... it could be damaging to their undeveloped voices.. They don't need to yell! SORRY I have to disagree with you. It's vibrato, from your stomach! I'm a singer and I sing on a choir, and my vibrato is naturally slow. It's not an effect, i would say however it's a technique that some have to learn.
