ive had it all my life, thought every one went through it so never complained but latter in the years after so many problems they told me i had it on the brain and in the spinal cord. I had been to hospitals so much and the hell i went through i don't goi no more i dill with it my self and im 40 now.
I was diagnosed at 19 and was told that its most common in women from 16- 25yrs old. However this was in 2007. I love how honest and upfront you are. You can describe everything I have been thro and more with such ease and I can not even know where to begin when ppl ask me what its like! I am 29 this year and would love to have a child but part of me is screaming its selfish but I want it soo bad. Any experiances u can share wit that would help alot! Thankyou
There is now a Reformed Multiple Sclerosis Society that is urging for the medical community to check out Dr Paolo Zamboni's discovery that MS is caused by poor blood drainage from the brain. The answer to restore this blood drainage from the brain is angioplasty. Watch the before & afters for this surgery called CCSVI on youtube- simply amazing. In just 24 hours a world of difference. Standing on one foot eyes closed in just 24 hours!
fuck yeah i had all of that happen to me it sucked its good hearing your story of ms i got diagnosed at a young age to its annoying having met people who get diagnosed at an older age
Thank you the video made me a little more at ease I have had problems for years. The doctors gave me pills and sent me on my way. The last ER visit I had a doctor who dug a little deeper and did a MRI of the brain and found lesions I have been through many test since then and I go today for the spinal tap. The "not knowing" is the worst.
Kelli - wow, we are almost exactly the same as to our dx except I was dx'd at 13.
ALL of the symptomatolgy that you are speaking of happened to me in hs too, it sounds like I am telling my own story. Anyway thank you for sharing this.

I am sixteen and my symptoms of my last "attack" were myself noticing that my left leg had gone completly numb below the knee, one day later, it had spread and my whole entire left leg had not been able to sense hot, cold, or feeling. I attended the emergancy room at 12 AM that night, thinking I had a blood clot, or I was crazy.
MRI, shock testing, blood testing.. Everything. After all of that, the neurologist told me I have Relapsing-Remitting MS. So, I can relate to your diagnosis.. Alot!
i dont know kinda anything about it, so i just have a question, that might sound odd to you :). can ms be diagnosed to anyone? and if it keeps going, can you be in wheelchair?
Thanks for sharing. I have ahd M.E for 10 yrs and I know what it is like to have people not understand whats going on, have things in life taken from you.
Thankyou so much for this. I am i'll at the moment and M.E can ahve very similar symtoms to M.S somethimes. I am so scared atm that I may really have m.s as things are getting more M.s like. I know how long these things take to get diagnosed and un-understanding some profesh doc's can be. I hope they get to the bottom of thingd soon.

Thanks for posting this. I've been quite curious about what MS is all about and you explain it better than Wikipedia.

Wow, 17 yrs old is YOUNG!I was 25 when I first got symtoms.
It's strange, but is it so that it's more rare to get MS in the US. Here in Scandinavia it seems like a lot of ppl have it and knows what it is..
Looking forward to the next "episode" you're making.
