hey my name is blake i am in middle school i am 224 and 5'11 i am training to be QB i have a kinda good arm and decent accuarcy and i am slow and i work out 4 times a week any tips or exercises to improve my speed arm strength and accuaracy so i can be QB for 7th next year

I have a friend who use to be a college coach and he has told me before that they don't like recruit videos with music on them just silence or crowd noise. Irregardless, a great video, nice work.
