I recently thought that David the Gnome was a excellent cartoon for children until Adult Swim came to Cartoon Network in 2004, replacing the classics (even cartoons from the '80s including Lady Lovelylocks, Scooby-Doo, Count Duckula and Jem).

I have to admit.....I grew up watching this show with my sister (I have a lot of brothers and sisters) but at the time ONLY my sister and I was living in New Jersey when I first started to watch this show and I really loved. For a while I couldn't figure out what's the name of it so I just thought that I was going insane or just nuts (because i that I was making it up in my mind) At one point in time I actually thought that I dreamed it and made it up...lol, I LOVE THIS SHOW!

I have tapes of this, & had wanted to actually meet David and Lisa and their amazing friends. This came on in the morning, followed by the "Noozles", "the Little Koala" and then stuff like "Today's Special". It was SO cool being a kid and seeing simple, yet really deep cartoons like these.

Animation: awesome.

Characters: coolness.
