The Constitution of Canada absolutely prohibits the annexation of this country to the USA. A referendum is unlawful because it adds an OPTION which the Constitution prohibits. We don't need a REFERENDUM. We need section 52 of the Constitution Act, 1982 which is the Supremacy Clause whose function is to ENTRENCH the Constitution against all unconstitutional action.
