Since you seem like a true believer in the Lord let me explain this to you. The Catholic Church never changed even one teaching of Jesus Christ and in fact the only way in which we know what he taught - through the Bible - is that the Holy Spirit operated through the Church.

The Gospel of Christ is the Gospel of the Church - there is no difference whatsoever. The Bible was written by Catholic saints, canonized and protected by the Church, and if you accept the NT, you accept the Church.

Ireland is Catholic, thank God, and thank St. Patrick, who converted the Irish people to Christ's Church in one generation without bloodshed.

Also, thank God there were no "evangelical" or "fundamentalist" heretics around at the time of St. Patrick.

These heretics didn't come into existence until the 20th century and their way is not the way of the ancients, the Apostles or of Christ.

thanks for acknowledging that saint patrick was not roman catholic. roman catholics believe that the days of miracles is past and were for the apostles only.

patrick had many visions and didn't teach sacrements of catholicism but he taught from scriptures. he didn't teach catholic church tradition which a priest would have

That my friend is what Roman Catholicism and Islam are all about. They go hand in hand. Catholics are NOT Christians and Christians are NOT Catholics. Biblical Christianity does not need to use steel or force to convert people. Our sword is God's holy word and God's spirit to do the convincing for us. Patrick was not a Catholic. The Vatican has to take what is not theirs and twist it to make themselves look good taking those things that would only only bring honor and glory to our saviour.

And why is Patrick venerated in Brittany? Patrick is not Peter. Patrick is derived from the Latin Pater - Father. St Patrick never existed. He is the personification of the early Christian missions in Ireland. So, come on, m' bucko, wash thine eyes in the Pool of Siloam, and start to see.

Well, Saint Patrick did indeed cast out all the Snakes from Ireland. The evidence is that there are no Snakes in Ireland today. He sent them all to England!!!

A lot people get the date Palladius arrived confused with Patrick's arrival. It's very interesting reading Wylie's history which reveals that Patrick arrived on the island in the year 405Ad, 27 years before Palladius. God bless Richard Bennett for making this video.
