  • when you put that tree line part in that blew my mind!

  • This is good but when I think of realism, I want it to look really real, Brian lasaga is an amazing artist from newfoundland, people should really check him out, his paintings look just like photos.

  • I read the comments, and I gotta tellya: this ain't bad. Sure, I like Bob Ross, Bill Alexander, Hellen van Wyk, Jerry Yarnell, Frank Clarke, Robert Butler, etc., but Wilson Bickford's tutorials are far better than most of what passes for instruction these days. What really chaps my hide is PBS shows very limited airings of Ross, Clarke & Yarnell, NO van Wyk, but repeatedly promoting hack "artists" like Gary Spetz, and awful "teaching" shows, like "Passport & Pallette", and "Grand View". Sigh!

  • Bob Ross is dead, but however sad this is, this is an amazing tutorial if you want to learn to paint, but think what you want

  • thx

  • Thank you very much for this tutorial, I found it to be quite helpful.

  • Where is Bob Ross when we need him...I almost fell asleep.

  • all the videos help me to learn oil painting thanx for uploading

  • I learned clouds from you last time (thanks) and now I am trying a snow scene so you make this look so easy. I like that you do it both light to shadow and shadow to light. Cool!

  • It doesn,t look like snow.

  • I email you on Youtube two days ago questioning how to do the snow shadow. Luckily I found your lesson here exactly what I need to know. I have to try it right now, thankyou!
