Albion is the latin word for england, same as caledonia is scotland and hibernian is ireland. Pete muses about the good ship Arcadia which would go on a voyage to some sort of dreamland/heaven. Arcadia is mentioned in old myths and legends. Fuck knows what arcady is,maybe going on about that wherever he is right now is almost Arcadia but no quite, hence arcady
