Nope. I like trying new things. But I draw the line at raw meat. I've had sashimi on many occasions and can't get used to it. The texture is.. yuck! The closest I come is med-rare steak.
@LadyWeasel i have been suprised how much better raw meat is than i think it will be. because i think it will be terrible!! but i am suprised every time
@Zarthga oooo right. my dad put that picture in there i think he though it would be scarier to see a lamb in trouble than a sheep but he some times he puts things in he thinks are funny and they arent:)
I love your videos! I think it's great to see a person so young unafraid to try new foods. Thanks to your videos, I tried raw kibbeh last night. It was great!
Kibbee when done the Lebanese way, which I assume is mostly the same as any other way has vinegar added to it. The acidity of the vinegar cooks the meat so you won't get sick from it.
@EbonyWightman i did not know that! i research it before and i tried to learn all about it but i didnt hear that. that makes so much sense. that makes it safe!! awesome!!
@SAMER63 awesome!!! thank you for that infomration i didnt know how they keep it safe. i am glad i didnt try to make it myself i dindt know it has to freeze:) i thought it was sooo good wish i could try your grandma's recipe:D
there is a great middle eastern restarant near my town and they actualy serve it there so i ordered some to go. i found out later that my friend from school his family owns it
Remy, you are an amazing kid. You have a lot of heart and you really seem to enjoy what you're doing. I hope when you grow up to be an adult you take yourself to a broadcast station like NBC, CBS etc and have your own show!!
I don't know if you've done this one yet, but here's an idea for you that can most likely be had at most Asian food marts: Jellyfish :)
thankyou! i would like to be on tv someday and i could travel aroundthe world eating thing.s i have never tried jellyfish and thats a great idea! i will totally try that.thanks for the great idea.
I always enjoy these videos! You have helped me to encourage my son to try more exotic forms of food, and your videos are always fun as well as informative. :) I gave you 5 stars!

why did you show an actual baby lamb? when people serve lamb as food, it's not really a lamb, it's a sheep.

Kibbe meat should always be frozen for 48hours prior to being eaten as this would kill any possible bacteria in the meat, just like fish for Sushi.
We always eat kibbe, one of my favorite dishes, and I reckon my grandmother makes the best kibbe in northern Palestine.. yummm! :-)
PS: I have never heard of anyone getting sick by eating kibbe, just remember to freeze the meat first.
Remy you are so cool....!
