  • I am Arabic kebbe is delicious! Whether its raw or cooked

  • @4Shia i was so suprised how good it was!!!

  • Nope. I like trying new things. But I draw the line at raw meat. I've had sashimi on many occasions and can't get used to it. The texture is.. yuck! The closest I come is med-rare steak.

  • @LadyWeasel i have been suprised how much better raw meat is than i think it will be. because i think it will be terrible!! but i am suprised every time

  • @FoodOddities Texture. :-/

  • @LadyWeasel o right. i get that:)

  • why did you show an actual baby lamb? when people serve lamb as food, it's not really a lamb, it's a sheep.

  • @Zarthga oooo right. my dad put that picture in there i think he though it would be scarier to see a lamb in trouble than a sheep but he some times he puts things in he thinks are funny and they arent:)

  • I love your videos! I think it's great to see a person so young unafraid to try new foods. Thanks to your videos, I tried raw kibbeh last night. It was great!

    Keep up the good work!

  • @belaralia thank you!! did my videoi really inspire you to eat it? that is awesome! i am honored

  • he is so cute (:

  • @maskedocarina tahnk yoU!!

  • who's idea was it to do this? Like eating these foods?

  • @honamyoo i thought of doing it when i saw people do it on tv. i didnt think anyone would watch though. except family.

  • raw kebbeh is the best i would eats like 2 lbs of that stuff with raw liver and salt and peper mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

  • @eddyhourani sounds like i need to have a kibbee party!!!

  • Kibbee when done the Lebanese way, which I assume is mostly the same as any other way has vinegar added to it. The acidity of the vinegar cooks the meat so you won't get sick from it.

  • @EbonyWightman i did not know that! i research it before and i tried to learn all about it but i didnt hear that. that makes so much sense. that makes it safe!! awesome!!

  • i misread the title as kibbles xD

  • raw kibbles! lol!! that is good for a future show

  • what do you call that bread that looks like paper?

  • i think it is called pita

  • you have to feel bad for all those little animals getting killed and you you just eat it.

  • i do feel bad. i realy feel bad when it is a realy little animal. but i have to try everything

  • Kibbe meat should always be frozen for 48hours prior to being eaten as this would kill any possible bacteria in the meat, just like fish for Sushi.

We always eat kibbe, one of my favorite dishes, and I reckon my grandmother makes the best kibbe in northern Palestine.. yummm! :-)

PS: I have never heard of anyone getting sick by eating kibbe, just remember to freeze the meat first.

    Remy you are so cool....!

  • @SAMER63 awesome!!! thank you for that infomration i didnt know how they keep it safe. i am glad i didnt try to make it myself i dindt know it has to freeze:) i thought it was sooo good wish i could try your grandma's recipe:D

  • i once had kibbie for my tea i had it with chipss:)

  • @RuPeRtxThExpOnY it is good right?

  • where did you get ahold of kibbee? =P

  • there is a great middle eastern restarant near my town and they actualy serve it there so i ordered some to go. i found out later that my friend from school his family owns it

  • well considering that you get saminila and parsidic infections, I would rather cook the meat

  • it was realy fresh but it would be bad to get sick

  • Whoa!!! This kid is my hero!! lol!

  • realy? thank you:)

  • this kid is cool.

  • thank you:)

  • Remy, you are an amazing kid. You have a lot of heart and you really seem to enjoy what you're doing. I hope when you grow up to be an adult you take yourself to a broadcast station like NBC, CBS etc and have your own show!!

I don't know if you've done this one yet, but here's an idea for you that can most likely be had at most Asian food marts: Jellyfish :)
