According to many, what you are expelling is the CONONIX! I dont know anything for certain, but in a video here on Youtube, they put Colonix into water and left it for a while (overnight?). This is such a lie. I had a colonoscopy done and guess what? Doing the cleanse did not show anything like this. Also, during the test itself, the pictures showed a clear, healthy colon. Excuse me but it's the PRODUCT that produces those nasty bowel movements. There is no such thing lying around in your colon, "PASTED" to the walls and unable to get out. There is no proof of this anywhere, and no doctor has ever seen any such matter stuck to the colon walls when doing a colonoscopy.

Hi mrsmanson666 I understand what you're saying, but the fact remains...I had a colonoscopy and no such fecal matter was ever found. The colonoscopy cleanse in itself was enough to clean out my colon of everything, and I never saw mucous sludge or really nasty stuff coming out of me just then. If anything, one Dulcolax was enough to stimulate my bowels to empty, and then the cleanse cleaned out the rest. Now I'm only 30 and maybe others have worse colons then me, but the point remains.

cleaning ur colon can prevent alot of stuff. If ur a teen then acne is jus' gonna happen. Although u can use some over the counter stuff for that. Otherwise if your in you 20's and up and you have acne then you might need a cleansing. The reason your poop looks like that is cause the fiber supplement absorbs the water from your intestines and body and comes out like that. Your body does not digest fiber so all of the "product" comes out looking like the pic.
