It could be a chamber where there are four more chambers inside where a part of, saradomin, zamorak, armadyl and bandos spirits remain and you have to kill them but to gain access to one of the four chambers you have to kill a gods general such as general graardor or kree'arra

after the doors there is underwater dungeon that was originally build to zamorak chamber but jagex moved zammy chamber to north and this place got "frozen" dumb is the water inside is not frozen
