Not a single concentration camp resident addressed a complaint with SS officers concerning "alleged" atrocities at the concentration camps. The "death" camps were routinely inspected by the International Red Cross & operated within the guidelines of the Geneva Convention. The zionist swine were provided with nourishment, shelter, clothing, sanitising showers, & medical care.

Start reading some books from The Institute for Historical Review or by David Irving and you will see EXACTLY what and why. "The Hoax of the Twentieth Century" is probably the best single book on the subject.

do you honestly think that his going rate is something he has control of? public speakers have people called 'publicists' who handle their public speaking gigs, and their rates are based on their demand and what people are willing to pay for a speaking gig. and if you knew anything about wiesel or had bothered to research him whatever before making such ridiculous claims, you'd know that his proceeds go toward his foundations.

He books for somewhere between $50,000 and $100,000 according to his agency. I have seen him though, and he gives a great lecture. Also, I imagine at least part of his earnings goes to the Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity.

if that is the truth that elie wiesel charges $50,000 per speech, then i am stunned..... this is or should not be about personal gain but sharing the horror stories with those that are sympathetic towards this period of ww2 and to the suffering that the jewish people had to endure, not greed!!!! if i do find it to be correct, then all i can say is it is obscene and will for me personally cast some doubt in my mind especially after reading his book "night"...expenses yes, 50 grand....NO...!!!

Elie and his father became willing, pro-Nazi collaborators when they freely chose in Jan 1945 to go west from Auschwitz rather than be "liberated" by the Soviets whom everyone knew were advancing on Auschwitz. See Night, Bantam books edition, page 77.
Instead of being "liberated" by the Soviets so that he could at least tell the world about the "horrors" of Auschwitz, Elie and his father, and tens of thousands of other Jews CHOSE instead to help the Nazis during the final months of the war.

the reason was because if they had stayed, they thought the ss were going to shoot the inmates that were left behind..and rightly so, why should the ss murderers keep them alive"!!!! no reason at all...the only other thing to do was risk the walk...either way they assumed they would not make it.. and as i am sure you are aware by now, Elie almost died when he lost his father on the march...oddly enough, had they stayed at the camp they would have survived due to the red army...it was 50/50

Nothing in NIGHT supports the view that Elie thought the Nazis would shoot him if he stayed in Auschwitz. On the contrary, Elie admits to being unafraid and totally rejecting the advice from the "faceless one" that they might be liquidated by the Nazis.
Read NIGHT, but critically!! The fact is that Elie WIESEL was a pro-Nazi COLLABORATOR in the last months of the war just as were the Jews on Schindler's List.

They "survived" because the Nazis wanted them to "survive." The people who were really trying to kill them on the so-called "death march" were the cowardly American and British pilots who were strafing and bombing columns of unarmed refugees fleeing America's great ally the Soviet Union.
The Good Guys really were the Nazis and Elie knew it--and that is why he, and his father and many tens of thousands of other Jews chose "freely" to go west with the retreating Nazis.

i doubt they had much choice really, it was either stay and possibly be machine gunned or march & maybe, just maybe survive...more chance of escape when milling among thousands of other jews...it was a last minute 50-50 decision.. could have gone either way if you think about it....to go thro so much & then to know you were almost home and dry especially if it meant a bit of false collaberation!! we are only human.....the russians were a heartless bunch as well so what do you do????

No, please don't get me wrong. I am not a holocast denier. I used to think he was good, but his voice sounds evil.
I am a strong believer in the fact that simple human traits like features, body language, voice etc. is a give away of pretenders. This man definitely has something wrong in him. I am not refering to his work, because most of it seems well presented.

His voice sounds evil?! No, I LOVE his voice. This recording doesn`t have this best sound, but with good sound his voice is very soothing I think. His voice is the first thing that struck me about him. I find his voice to be calming and intelligent sounding. I love his voice, and I love his nature. There is nothing pretencious about this man. He is good, kind, generous in spirit, and humble.

I'm German. About 90% German actually and I'm a strong, very strong, Holocaust believer. I took a bit of offense to that statement. Even Germans, yes even Germans were put in the camps along with the Jews and Africans. Germans went against there own nationality. I have done nothing to these people. Please dont say that all Germans consider the Holocaust a good thing or that it is controversy.
