I'm currently on the Deftera X Mission in Under the Knife. I've played Second Opinion up to the first X mission, and found that they're pretty much the same. I hope this helps me out ^.^ Thanks!

To add to this Tutorial, You can use Antibiotic gel to block Deftera's Path, And Avoid A BIG Vital loss.

No, I recommend NOT doing that. You don't avoid a big vital loss. You TAKE one. :) That's why I said to avoid having the Deftera touch the gel.

Actually, this is a SUPER late response, but I am only partly correct. You can use the antibiotic gel to block their path, but you do take a vital hit.
