  • Wow i can't believe you are comparing the belief in Scientology to the belief that the "official story" that is the story we were feed through mainstream media and special interest governmental officials is justified. I think your an intelligent person thats why I'm going to write this off as a lack of hard research on your behalf. But I throughly recommend you dive deeper into the topic, you'll find that there are MANY intelligent minds and experts behind the 9/11 truth movement.

  • No, there aren't. And yes, I have gone as deeply as I can stomach. What people choose to believe without credible evidence amazes me constantly. I have watched and or listened to all versions of Loose Change, over 20 hours of Icke, and each of Jones videos, among others.

  • When i say intelligent minds I'm talking about experts in their field, like PH.D scientists, controlled demolition experts, pilots, physicist, high ranking military and government officials, etc. All the names you just listed are what i would consider extremist of the 9/11 truth movement and well sadly your going to have this in all areas of life. But please don't state these peoples names as if they were the credible persons i was referring to. I'll leave you one bread crum to get you started.

  • This is the one where you come on my own problem with RRS's premise. An example I would use is: people who believe that 9/11 was "an inside job" are fucking nuts. When a specific diagnostic term is used, however, that changes what we are specifically claiming.

  • I believe 9/11 was an "inside job" of some sort and I think it's a logical conclusion, does that mean I'm bizarre or "nuts"?

  • Yes. Gullible is a possible third explanation. But lately I'm leaning towards people needing to have their own special clique where the old ones don't apply. Believing in something easily disprovable counts, as does, say, Scientology or believing in supply-side economics.

My layman bet is, however, that Alex Jones, David Icke and a few others would be diagnosed as clinically insane in a rational world.
