I work for a school and Im in the union... it does more harm then good. people that have no business working with kids cant be fired and are actually rewarded!!!! get ur heads out of ur asses America. the bill doesn't directly effect teachers, but holds administrators accountable. if the teachers get screwed its because of poor management, not issue 5. read the damn bill before protesting u stupid people.

@DeliDirk upper middle class? what job pays so low and yet requires a masters degree. No even engineers need a master's degree and they usually start off be making 20,000 more than most teachers. Not to mention their pension is PRIVATELY managed, none of your money goes into directly, and their pensions are not part of the state budget at all.
