  • Dude,,this is my fav song!(:

  • There ya go again...saving us money lol!!! You are an inspiration to me and I'm sure to many more!!

  • Thank you for video. I'm new in the Los Angeles area and having a hard time finding someone to make the headbands. I would be willing to pay u if we could set-up an arrangement.

  • @bodyenigmaYou can always check a seamstress. But in the meantime you can hand sew them or checkout my other vid on how to use tights for headbands...no sewing =)

  • @bodyenigma go to the fashion district alleys there dirt cheap like a buck each..

  • gud job!!! thnx 4 de ur service!!! really helpful!!! i can use this under my head scarf to prevent hair cumng out!!! luv it

  • @MrAnisha10 Thank you =)

  • Loving that beat with this vid!!!! Just spen 10 dollars on a damn shirt sleeve to put my dreads in. Thanks for the vid, I'm going to email my mom some dimensions in Fl since she's the only one I know with a sewing machine.

  • @TheInditribe Hope it works out for you. DIY loc socs cost abt $1 for a yard of fabric.

  • Do these's headband fit people with wide forehead's?? I always have trouble finding headbands that fit my wide forehead!! Great video!!

  • @LittleLyndsay79 You can adjust the headband to fit whatever size your head may be =) I couldn't find a wide enough headband which is why I make my own. Thanks.

  • @MATTIEDORA AMEN!! I'ma have to do the same thing...make my own headbands. Apparently, I have a big head! The locs don't help either!!

  • @mzmocha318 lol, check out my last vid on how to make a loc soc & head band with tights. Thoses don't require sewing =)

  • @MATTIEDORA Will do, Lady! Thank you!

  • love this...i'm a guy, and can use this also - and the wild bit? it never flashed in my mind to use my old t's! now things can even match or become refreshed again!

  • @neehiii You're welcome & thanks for watching =)

  • Thank you so much. I've been looking for instructions like this for years. great instructions,

  • @bodyenigma You're welcome, enjoy!

  • You can always visit the cheaplocksocks website where the lock sock prices begin at $5 each.

  • Godsend is right!!! $12.00 and up for loc socs on line-unh-unh!! I, invested $2.99 a yard for stretch fabrics, $1. 69 for yards of non-roll elastic {for a smooth, snug front edge on a few}, a few hours of my time and I have colorful socs, head bands of various sizes for my natural hair styles and hiding not so cute hair days! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  • @500week4life You're very welcome! I'll have to look for that non-roll elalstic for myself, thank you =)

  • I agree the lock socks are a simple pattern and since they have elastic the life is limited. That's why they are priced respectively from $4.99 to $7 on the cheaplocksock website. You can get them with 1 or 2 elastic bands ... and up to 17 inches long.

  • oh wow. thanks...I can't sew with a machine...but perhaps hand sew? maybe a project for my lil girl and I..I am tired of paying at the Bss for one headband or ponytail...

  • @yurika975 I made my first one by hand. Just make sure you double stitch so it will hold and look nice. I hope you & your daughter have a great time making headbands!! Be creative =)

  • Just what i was looking for! Thanks so much! Now I can make my own for the gym!

  • @thewholeshebang1 You're welcome!!

  • You're a godsend. Being grossly underemployed perhaps I could do this, help others who can't or don't want to sew while being a little more self-sufficient.

Thank you for dropping this tutorial.

    Namaste,

    LL

  • You're welcome & have fun with it!!

  • Finally this is what im looking for thanks hottie !

  • You're welcome =)

  • Love it the tutorials you have are awesome the beat is sick too.... had me dancing while learning something new :)

  • Thank you & glad you liked the beat! =)

  • Loved the video. Have you tried making a loc soc for the nightcap? if so, please do a tutorial. I made your night cap, but I prefer my locs to have breathing room while I sleep. Keep the videos coming. I'm now making your pipe cleaner rollers for use tomorrow after I wash my locs. :-)

  • Thank you! could I sew? I have been sewing since I was 10. I`am crocheting some headbands for the winter. I`ll post when I finish.

    Great tutorial

  • GOTTA GET THIS DONE!! THANKS SIS!

  • Wow now that's straight talent! Sis, I can't sew to save my life but it is on the top of my list next to learning how to scrapbook once I finish nursing school! I so enjoyed this vid..music, details and all that! Thanks so much for sharing. Your locs are sooo thick...love em! *****
