There's a photo --- very iconic and rarely seen publicly --- taken backstage at a 1989 or 1990 Cult show in Seattle of Andy, dressed in white, standing between Cornell and Astbury. That's where these clips are most likely from, at least partly. The bits where you see Cornell, Gilmore, Gossard and Ament where they're in an empty arena talking about Dave Holland, among other things, is probably from that show.
