  • i think the yellow was the student ... haha

  • Awesome freefly! Oh wait... Ohhh....

  • That instructor in yellow did well to flip the student back over and pull the cord!

  • I think she should stay in the kitchen

  • That student is a natural sit flyer!!!

  • Whoever is right or wrong i hope the student survived.

  • Little shit needs to ARCH!

  • @dvr4fun you mean the student...

  • @SnowBroProductions Yes!...The little shit (student) needs to ARCH!

  • Do you have an actual copy of this video you could forward to me. I am compiling a few of these for my AFF ground course and think this would be a perfect example of why arching is so critical. Thx

  • Good instructors....

  • I love how at 0:31 the instructor in the black is like "YEAHHHH superman here to save the day!!!....or not ;~;"

  • instructors sucks... lol

  • @leejvaj13 Wow you must know jack shit about skydiving...... instructors did their job perfectly. the student didn't do his which was simple... ARCH

  • @jordzzzzzzz

they did their job! which wasnt good enough, obviously didnt taught the student enough to ARCH.... hint "student" they are learning.... it's the instructor job to instruct.. which im sure they did. but not good enough...

  • @leejvaj13 NO the instructors didn't suck. the student did. and im sure they told him plenty about arching. Just shut the fuck up already

  • @jordzzzzzzz Notice the top comment about how they are awesome..

  • @jordzzzzzzz

nah, you shut the fuck up already... lol...

  • what the hell happend could the student just not balance out?

  • If this is AFF then why did neither instructor signal for an arch? The whole point of this jump is getting used to signals and responding to them. No signals=poor instructors.

  • nice sit fly for AFF :)

  • lol thumbs up if u thought this was amazingly fuking funny

  • how dis skydiving be hard all it iz, iz falling how can dat b hard, youz are stuped

  • ARCH! ARCH!

  • What an idiot !!!! Why the hell was she bending her legs back ?

  • the yellow one likes to play :P

    anyway, congrats to instructors

  • Arch you dipshit. If she arched she'd immediately have faced down and would become stable.

  • good job from the yellow instructor

  • That's kinda neat how they flip all around and still seem to be in control. Kinda cool looking.

  • everyone stop replying at me. I was just kidding I know how hard it is guys

  • Wow. Even watching this ... omg those instructors are AMAZING! O_O

  • Fail AFF Level 1 - repeat , if the person ever came back. A lot of people take the 8 hour course do 1 jump and never come back . That's fine more room for me

  • ARCH!

  • adrenalin kick 10000% ;)

  • lool xD the instuctors are not verry good :P^^

  • Hahaha wow!

  • That was awesome

  • I really like how the main side instructor comes back like a patrol car after being thrown away.

  • this is waht happens if women aren't in the kitchen

  • looks lika a gay fight...

  • Holy crap and I thought my first jump was bad :)

  • @cripplehawk (adding somthing else) but yeah it is not as easy at it looks.

  • First time jumper.

  • Weeee...here we go!!!!!!!!!!!!! That did not look fun at all! That is the 1st AFF sit fly attempt I have seen...gotta love the 1st jump!

  • Comment removed

  • @LeanderRandom yeah....it's just that easy! Hahaha

  • @LeanderRandom you have no idea pal,

  • @SandyJayAgingerguy I have no idea? I say it like it's easy, but arching is not that hard. only if you want to do it standing up straigt xD

and I skydive too btw. only about 50 jumps, but hey, im learning fast

  • @LeanderRandom maybe he was trying to sit? :) sure looks like that! :P

  • @LeanderRandom Depends on how long you've been practicing. Your circle of awareness is VERY small when you first start out. It appears the student had trouble concentrating on keeping the legs extended, and when they dipped down the student's rate of decent increased. Note how the student drops lower when the legs fall.

Very exciting! I'm glad the chute was deployed!

  • @LeanderRandom its not relaxing the legs. your toes need to be pointed and you need to maintain a good bend at the knees but not too much. that part can be tricky on your first few jumps

  • @LeanderRandom fucken hard when your scared shittless

  • @LeanderRandom - fucking hard you asshole!

  • @avidfcp7 omg asshole learn to read other comments too

  • @avidfcp7 lazy fuck

  • @LeanderRandom doing a search for your comments would be boring.

  • OK... that was the worst thing i've ever seen... trying to stand straigt? just stay flat.

  • (1) Great Song. Tool FTW.

    (2) What the FUCK was this person thinking?! The dude literally tried to Stand Up in the middle of Free Fall. HOW do you just flat out forget to Arch ?

  • There needs to be an AFF Instructor nation holiday. They don't get enough credit in my opion. These people have balls of steel and ice cold nerves.

  • whats the minimum you can pull your chute ?

    I mean the VERY minimum

  • @vGbaraka well i think the very minimum would be around 3 feet above the ground... but if you want to survive, I'd say 1000 feet

  • haha i don't wanna laugh but its kinda funny....buddy is done skydiving for sure!

  • those instructor are like dogs, they will never let the bone go . . .

    they are awesome!

  • @emersonpla i think if they did she'd go spinning out of control lolz..... they had to get her upright before they let go.... scared shitless woman was too scared to twist her body and flip herself >.>

  • Damn Gina!!!!! Gotta jump out loose man. That should have been a fatality. Thank god for you there was and instructor that knew what the hell they were doing!!! Hope your level 2 went better. LOL

  • waht song is that im curios

  • @trustgirl99 'Rosetta Stoned' by Tool

  • Arch damn it Arch.... the only way to correct it!

  • and thats why you always pay attention in ground school

  • that is so extremlayy cool

    lol

  • I bet it's a good time to demand sex.

  • 'screams furiously, stalks out of the door, never comes back...'

  • lol

  • i bet she quit after that...

  • respect to the instructors! they never gave up on that confused student. he went the distant and pulled the chute for the student and the other instructor did his best trying to reconnect with the falling duo.

    respect. respect. respect!

  • this made me laugh

  • Wow, extreme....ground school went out the door on that one.

  • Good effort secondary.

  • Arch, Arch ,Arch when exiting the plane until you pull the pilot.

  • Kong Fu Grip!

  • nice save

  • Damn, Was she trying to die . Props the the instructor in the yellow.

  • Lol cool I would never skydive too scary :P

  • it's like she's searching for a step, but it's not there.

  • Damn, that's one bad student... Relax and ARCH!

  • lololol this made me lol

  • instructor earned his corn that day.....great job!

  • his first and last jump...

  • what the fuck was she doing with her legs

  • These guys knew what they were doing the one in yellow saved that persons life by holding on to her she could of spun out of control and to her death. Fair play to that.

  • what r u supposed to do to recover from this? arch ur back?

  • looooooooooooool

  • Jesus Christ!!

  • this is my conclusion of the comment what song is it and ARCH!!!!!

  • @andaconda91 Tool - Rosetta Stoned from 10,000 Days.

Amazing song from an amazing album!

  • What's the bad ass soundtrack....?

    Really fits ....I like it.

  • Were you asleep in the course? ARCH ARCH ARCH!

  • tell me that song please

  • ARCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That's serious arch fail right there lol. Not like I can blame her, I sorta had mental overload the first time I jumped...course I didn't do THAT, but still lol

  • her first solo AFF jump... she was scared shitless.... forgot everything taught in ground school... we all been there... give her a break.

    .......

    the instructors are top-notch professionals!

    respect. respect. respect!

  • what a buzz that must be

  • Thank God my first jumps didn't go like this

  • DID SHE FAINT?

  • o0 thank GOD those instructors was there...

  • Omg... Those instructors relly need vred 4 helping that guy!! They saved hes life...!!!

  • did the yellow instructor deploy her chute?

  • Nicely done guys :) ARCH!!! hee hee. gotta love students :)

    BS

  • tool.. fuck yea

  • thats not an arch

  • lol...... funny!!

  • Damn, that was messy! Who deployed the chute?

  • i can't stop laughing.... it hurts

  • Really good work by the instructor to hang on... :)

  • Arch! Arch! Arch! Nice work by instructors. Ofcourse the student has cypress or similar, so even in total loss of control there would have been yet another safety feature still... Blue skies.

  • Here you can see, aff instructers are trained good. And have to be good skydivers.

  • model arch right here ! Good recovery by the instructors. I applaud her flail--it makes for a one of a kind video! Her knee position right at 16 seconds kicked it all off.

  • Looks like he was going to try and Sit Fly on his first AFF jump...lol.

  • Fear is a mighty power, give in to it just for a sec & you get imidiatly turned into a brainless pc of meat with a shell on the back, litieraly a Turtle with a prospectivity of wose consequences , this one went more or less save , thanks to instructors . Alone this dude would have hopefully twist till sypress (if one would have been On) or alse....

  • Good thing the one instructor kept hanging on Had me shittin bricks seeing this video .

Damn now this vid really set me back for taking my first jump : (

  • LOL tossers

  • i want to sky dive

  • hopefully they never let your stupid ass anywhere near a dz after that sorry shit. you could have killed somebody you idiot.

  • do you think he got his money back or another jump?

  • i guess thats how you fail level 1 :D

  • Nice one guys, hee hee, gotta love AFF students :)

    JSC - RSA

    BS+SL

  • well... it looked pretty cool

  • omg :D

  • This is as much the instructors fault as the students. Piss poor flying on both ends.

  • ARCH HARD damn it !!!

  • looks like a spider sucking on a bug....

or the instructor trying to pull that cord....

  • cause: bad arch!

  • go in a tunnel before you jump and you will understand that is indifferent if you are fly in 15 feets or in 13.000 because you will realize the "time" is the factor not the altitude! maybe the first few of jumps the longest 45 seconds in you life...but the funniest ,too.you will allways smile if you remember this time! well, relax, jump, arch and have fun ;-)

  • @blackred474 no difference between 15 feet and 13000 huh? other then the fact u cant breathe above 12.5k w/o oxygen masks?

  • @makesomebacon You can breate above 12.5 you usually have to stop worrying about it above 14.5

  • @makesomebacon That's funny, I was just on a 14,000ft mountain without oxygen and I'm doing just fine.

  • @Jackle61 I've been to 17,500 ft on a mountain without oxygen - however it took me two weeks of trekking to get to that altitude.

This is why I was ok - it's called acclimitisation -the body has time to adapt and become more efficeint at getting oxygen out of the air.

However on a 30 minute flight the body does not have time to adapt - hence the need for oxygen above 13,000.

  • @Jackle61

And I was on 13454 feet without oxygen and feel nothing strange at all :-)

  • Tank God for Cyprus!

  • Doesn't look like too much of an instructor problem, if she would have kept her legs arched upwards and stayed flat she wouldn't have flipped

  • @Prior23 yeah that was the worst arch ive ever seen she had a serious flatline

how these guys got her stable enough for a pull is insane

  • @Prior23 Tell me if I'm wrong because I've not even done my full AFF course yet... but it looks like the student makes a "student mistake". And the instructor completely looses it when he/she should have been able to control it?

  • @Rino11111 You're right.

Yes, the student was de-arching but the reserve-side finished the job by rolling into her.

    Mistake by student - yes

    Mistake by instructor - yes

Props given to instructor sticking with it - yes.

  • @Rino11111 I've jumped with new jumpers fresh off student status and when they get into a vertical spin like that there is not much you can do to correct them at all, this student was not relaxed enough which led to an out of control spin, with an instructor on either side it makes it that much harder to stop the spin.

  • where was this taken at? which dz??

  • Minnesota Skydivers Club - Stanton, MN

  • those instructors deserve an award.

  • @TAQoftheDarkside

I think she has now taken up bowling...

  • @bigtig1234567 and also knitting

  • @TAQoftheDarkside Absoloutly-my sentiments entirely :)

  • 0:15 looks like a malfunctioning poop chute moment. If i was the student, thats the pic i'd have hanging up in my toilet !

  • lol, when it failed the music goes up ahaha

  • Lol the instructor that was still hanging on her was Prolly like "Like fuck this bitch.... im pulling her shoot and i;m getting the fuck out of here... Crazy BITCH"

  • Thank God for solid AFF instructors. Gnarly vid, thanks for sharing...blue skies.

  • I showed this to one of the AFF instructors I work with and he was just stunned. That was just amazing.

  • wow that was so fucked lol, bet she never jumped again! after watching this im deff static jumping first:P

  • the music is so synchronized with the screw up hahahahha...you cud tell as soon as her arch went awry they went out of control

  • lol the student just watched too many freefliers and was trying to get into a stand on her first jump! at least she had back flying down!!!

  • ARCH ARCH ARCH!!

  • funny the instructors were having trouble getting him but watch him he just falling steady lol

  • I bet $20 there was no aff2 for this one

  • ARCH!

  • Did she jump again ?

  • Instructors caused a lot of the problem here....no offense noserider but those guys would have failed an eval dive.

  • agreed, but damn dude to hang on like that! i know its their job but jesus, without that guy its AAD time or splat.
