I remember when I was younger, I'd farm the E-tank in this stage until I got 9 of them because back then this game was really hard for me. lol

You may already know, but those enemies that toss bones can be defeated with a charged Mega Buster shot. Apparently weapon usage carries over between these later levels. So if one of your weapons is empty at the end of the level, it'll be empty at the start of the next unless you get a game over. :|
