Class 2 M1 or same as a motorcycle. It may be different on a 49cc scooter I'm not sure. Hope this helps

I would have liked white but a nice used came up in silver so I grabbed it. It's Cycle rider in Santa Clarita off the 5 fwy @ Lyons. I took the "Old Road" south next to the 5, nice (to short) ride

You'll need a full face helmet for the FidHawser mount. But check out the Kodak V570 and the V705 camera's (nice features for what your doing)
