Cats do this all the time. It's called playfighting. Sure it starts out innocent one cat washing the other cat than for some reason it turns ugly ( I think they watch too much WWF). We have cats and they are funny to watch. Sometimes they will stare at each other tails swishing, and sometimes they attack. But usually one will give in and run away. Anyway cute video.
