Indeed, i'm not "playing" this. But I did play it with savestates and slow downs. This is "real" and "possible" just tool assistance makes it easier and plausible. Do not act as if this is "hacks" or "cheating" when I disclaim it was made with Tool-Assistance. If you knew all of this, I sincerely apologize.

Yes. It is called, as I said before, cheating.

Speedruns don't take skill nearly as much as they take doing long work over and over and over again until you finally get it right. The machine takes care of all the skill, however.

Not exactly, first there are save states, allowing you to save at any time in case you make a mistake. Then there is slow down, where you can play the level at slow speeds to have better reaction times, there is also auto fire, where if you hold a button down it will automaticly fire the button every frame.
