A response attack is unjustified? I think not. Hitler TARGETED civilians, Israel targets terrorists. Their are casualties in every war that shouldnt have happened, but its the INTENT that matters, NOT THE NUMBERS. Israel targets terrorists, they use civilians as shields, Israel gets the blame.
