Trust here in Australia are not what they once were. A good few years back our gracious Gov. changed laws regarding trusts and their holders/memebers. X Corporation is taxed 5% on Gross income (ie £50, 000).
X Corporation makes £50, 000 profit (after tax).
X Corporation CEO has a mandate to make the company 10% profit every year; to do this he will have to increase prices to bring in a greater gross income.

All income taxes are paid by the consumer. You pay the miners taxes. You pay the truck drivers taxes. You pay for everyones taxes that manufacture or add value to the ore that the miner takes out of the ground. You pay the wholesalers and retailers taxes and everyone that works for them. @tnd240 Yes that is just fine in theory, but lets say a corporate accountant actually balanced the ledger with no foreknowledge of these taxes, and at the end of each month the shareholders found that there is no profit left. I'm gonna bet they are gonna find a new accountant that is wise enough to foresee these expenses and add this expense to the total cost, and allow the shareholders to keep their profit. Otherwise what is the point of doing business in the first place? Eat those apples

This may sound like a pointless boast - and bearing in mind anyone can make any kind of unverifiable claim they like on Youtube - but I recorded the highest ever score result for my A level maths exam for the central London (UK) area - that was a while back now so I sure someone has beaten that record by now.
But, regardless, I know enough to know that 100,000 x .5 is not 5,000.

Trust here in Australia are not what they once were. A good few years back our gracious Gov. changed laws regarding trusts and their holders/memebers. Now if you have one, its' like waving a flag for our benevolent tax office (ATO) to come and make claims on you, and you have to prove them wrong as not to pay.
You do need to be a mega-sized corporation to be tax exempt. Can't the ants in their billions of number eat the ant eater? Oh the pain...!

I'm afraid the point of this video was not clear to me AT;
X Corporation makes £1, 000, 000.00 Gross and 10% profit (before tax).
X Corporation is taxed 5% on Gross income (ie £50, 000).
X Corporation makes £50, 000 profit (after tax).
X Corporation CEO has a mandate to make the company 10% profit every year; to do this he will have to increase prices to bring in a greater gross income.
What exactly is wrong with this? Is it the corporations profit margins you disagree with? Or tax policy?

Govt propagandizes public, public calls for higher corp taxes, Govt taxes corp, Corp petitions the regulator for a rate increase to maintain profits guaranteed in it's charter. Rinse, repeat. Understand?

No one minds peopele earning good money for running huge industries, but whent hey start spending 10 times what they need to, so that their 10% becomes 10% of 1 billion, instead of !0% of 100 million, then it becomes an institution which may as well be run by the devil.
I for one, am quite happy with an "open book" 10% arrangement, but the way its all run is criminal (or should be)

All income taxes are paid by the consumer. You pay the miners taxes. You pay the truck drivers taxes. You pay for everyones taxes that manufacture or add value to the ore that the miner takes out of the ground. You pay the wholesalers and retailers taxes and everyone that works for them.
