Just find a clean acoustic guitar sound from a plugin(you can try Free NI Kore Player, it has one), and add chorus(you may need to tweak it to get at least close to the Bachata sound), add delay if you like, you could also use a flanger effect.

not exactly, no 2 pickups sound the same, each pickup has a distinctive sound to it, and the one this guy is using is called a "humbucker" these are mostly used on electric guitars for rock and similar styles. They sell kits to install a pickup inside an acoustic, just tell them what you are planning to do and they will help you out
