Hi, i'm sorry it took a long time to reply this. No notice on my email about you writing this comment. Anyway, here's my thought. Infidelity? Yes. The woman's love is questioned by her spouse after they've been together for certain time. This song tells how hurt this woman feeling when her love is doubt, because the truth is she never changed at all. Too bad this song doesn't tell how their relationship end. I hope you satisfy with my simple thought ^^
