err.. no!

You can only use music where the copyright licence permits you to use it in your own projects.

Royalty free music is what to look for, although you still need to be careful about reading the terms of use, because the licences vary a lot, and some may still require a fee if your project has a commercial nature.

All of my Royalty free tracks are free to use for personal AND commercial projects - so they are safe for you to use.
