  • Out of date, using tubular retractors.

  • I just had this surgery done. I was in the hospital for 4 days. (Would have been 2 but I had a fever over 103 for a few days) My spine was REALLY bad before the surgery. My back had a big bump and make my posture looked awkward. Now my spine is straight! Its weird learning how to walk again because I was born with spondylolisthesis and my body isn't use to having a straight spine. Its been over a week since my surgery and I'm recovering fast! :) and in way less pain. Btw I'm 19yr old girl! :)

  • @PoOnaMxPreTiSha i'm fixin to have this done and i am scared to death. i'm an l.p. and have spinal sternosis. but i have to get it done or i wont be able to walk soon. i'm ready to go on hikes with my daughter again. lol.

  • @darknessfalls67 Aww well if its really that bad then you should have it done asap.. I mean it sounds like its not going to get better unless you do the surgery. If its hard to walk, that means its probably pretty serious. But trust me, you will feel SO much better afterwards w/time... Sure, there are things that can go wrong but don't let that scare you :) There are are a number of ways to fix a mistake, especially in the medical world! Recovery is the hardest part but you'll get through it ;)

  • @PoOnaMxPreTiSha thank you very much! i'll keep in touch on the progress ,if you dont mind. take care. :)
