Editing out the Toby BEATING SCEAN! (nice touch) I'm SOOOO Jealous of your editing skill! I hear the choke down thing. I did a TON of that between my jobs. HAHAHA!!!!!! I hear where you are coming from I spent a LOOOONNNGGG time being depressed without really knowing it!! It wasn't until I was diagnosed that I felt so much better, and could tell people. Life can get to you at times, but as you say you have to face it to get past it!!
