you could always use those scraps and sew them on the ends so it makes a tighter fit around the waste and legs. I am going to do this tomorrow but my dog is 9 lbs so im going to have to dissect the jacket and then resew it into a smaller size. cute dog btw!

I go to the local thrift store for the hoodies! It realy saves! I mean they go thru a lot of them and they are cheap! lol
