hello, i have the Asus Essentio CG5270 with 8Gb of RAm. I want to know can i add more ram for this computer. Each memory card holds 2 gb so I was thinking of replaceing it with 4 of the 4gb memory on each card making it 16 gb that i can store on my Asus.

DO NOT BUY THIS! I bought a brand new one on Dec 31 2008 and it STILL doesnt work right. Returned mine to ASUS 6 times. It WILL fail you - and ASUS doesnt stand behind the warranty terms that allow for replacement - they simply tear it apart and put some old used parts in it and ship it back to you. The disc drive sounds like a buzz saw before it fails - this happened to me with 3 different units. The power button stops working. Just had HD replaced. The outside scratches look horrible.

I think he's talking about this system like it's a home theater system. meaning your just gonna hook it up to UR tv or something. Considering what it's capable of , I think it IS better than a blu ray Player. But I wouldn't buy that used. probably better just to build it on your own. Not that all refurbished systems are bad. My sisters refurbished 360 lasted about ...... how long has it been? over 3 years maybe 4? and that hing was on about 6+ hrs a day playin music, games or videos from the tv
