@Goborali 15 is a good age for working out.just dont do it too heavily. umm if your gonna work out and do bench press, squats, dead lifts, leg press, etc. do it lightly.

@sacredelit3 If you're in Australia I'm guessing you're in year 10, and you're doing way too much if you're up til 1am doing work. Year 11/12 are the only years that matter, and even then year 11 isn't very important. And again you'll only really need a decent ENTER if you plan on going to uni, so don't take year 10 so seriously.

Your abs are muscles, and when you exercise your muscles, you need to allow time for them to heal. Doing these exercises everyday is counter-active. I would suggest every other day, or longer depending on intensity.
Yes and no. Yes, it would help over not doing them at all... No, it wouldn't help because you're not allowing your muscles time to strengthen, thus taking A LOT longer. Muscles do NOT grow during the actual exercise, they grow during the resting period AFTER the exercise. Google strength training or muscle building for more information.

@specop460 doing 150 sit ups every day is a great idea but i would suggesting doing like 400 reps of different ab exercises every day so that way your body wont get used to it. @Rockkofla doing ab exercises wont get you a 6 pack they will only strengthen your abs. To get a six pack you need to stay active throughout the day, eat right, and workout. hi can somebody help me , they say you have to lose the all fat to get a six pack , so i do cardio ,, but they also say to build muscle you aren't supposed to do allot of cardio ,, it kinda contradicts it self what should i do to get a six pack ( i'm talking like a six pack that brandon has , doesnt even have to be that defined , not he kind of six pack that skinny guys have :P )?? i just turned 17 im 154 lbs and 5"10

@sacredelit3 If you're in Australia I'm guessing you're in year 10, and you're doing way too much if you're up til 1am doing work. Year 11/12 are the only years that matter, and even then year 11 isn't very important. And again you'll only really need a decent ENTER if you plan on going to uni, so don't take year 10 so seriously.

I do this exercise + your bicep and triceps exercise and a 9 min cardio exercise (the hole work out is about 30-45 min long) in the same day 3 times a week is that good or bad plz respond

Your abs are muscles, and when you exercise your muscles, you need to allow time for them to heal. Doing these exercises everyday is counter-active. I would suggest every other day, or longer depending on intensity.

Yes and no. Yes, it would help over not doing them at all... No, it wouldn't help because you're not allowing your muscles time to strengthen, thus taking A LOT longer. Muscles do NOT grow during the actual exercise, they grow during the resting period AFTER the exercise. Google strength training or muscle building for more information.

@xXToneLocXx OK Thankyou. i have my whole workout plan for a day, then i rest a day and then train etc etc ok i got it. but i think i get a 4 pack cause lower abs are hard to train. thanks for your help! i also drink water and milk only and i dont eat crisps and chips only healthy things.
