  • @korvix never never do heavy squat as much as you can. Any athletic trainer or therapist will tell you you should only do 75% of your max on squat. More and more back injuries are happening because of heavy squat. And foods doesnt really matter. You have to eat like a horse to get muscle. Just dink water and nothing else. Eat and workout eat and workout will get you ripped.. Ask any strength coach

    Eat healthy(6 - 8 meals a day), run 3 times a week & u will have a 6 pack in 2 months :)

  • @MrThestandingO congrats on your accomplishments!!! but you don't get your abs to show by doing ab exercises, you get them by lowering your body fat down to about 8% by eating right, exercising on a regular basis and staying active through-out the day.   • @xBlooDxTears Thats normal, its your body just not being used to it.. give it like 2-3 weeks and the soreness will go down gradually as the weeks go by

  • @xmoney3000 Thats a dumb question but i will say, doing theese exercises, plus import some running exercises, and do as many as you can routine like that, u will get in shape in about 4-5 months believe me thats not easy :)

  • @Goborali 15 is a good age for working out.just dont do it too heavily. umm if your gonna work out and do bench press, squats, dead lifts, leg press, etc. do it lightly.

  • @sacredelit3 If you're in Australia I'm guessing you're in year 10, and you're doing way too much if you're up til 1am doing work. Year 11/12 are the only years that matter, and even then year 11 isn't very important. And again you'll only really need a decent ENTER if you plan on going to uni, so don't take year 10 so seriously.

  • the video and exercise is great. It really makes your own 6 pack abs. I happened to know a link of a site that also gives work out plans and exercise for you to gain lean muscles and help you achieve the looks you always wanted.   • I do this exercise + your bicep and triceps exercise and a 9 min cardio exercise (the hole work out is about 30-45 min long) in the same day 3 times a week is that good or bad plz respond

  • @snowstorm951 that is great but you also want to make sure you include squatting exercises so that way you can burn more calories and lose weight faster.     Your abs are muscles, and when you exercise your muscles, you need to allow time for them to heal. Doing these exercises everyday is counter-active. I would suggest every other day, or longer depending on intensity.

    Yes and no. Yes, it would help over not doing them at all... No, it wouldn't help because you're not allowing your muscles time to strengthen, thus taking A LOT longer. Muscles do NOT grow during the actual exercise, they grow during the resting period AFTER the exercise. Google strength training or muscle building for more information.

  • @xXToneLocXx OK Thankyou. i have my whole workout plan for a day, then i rest a day and then train etc etc ok i got it. but i think i get a 4 pack cause lower abs are hard to train. thanks for your help! i also drink water and milk only and i dont eat crisps and chips only healthy things.
