Btw the problem is that Islamic months work on a lunar calender, which can be a little erratic. Muslims have two different ways on calcuating when Eid is. One party says you have to visually sigh the noon yourself to calculate it, another party suggest that th birth of the new moon (which can be worked out scientifically as well) is sufficient and you don't have to see it yourself.
