Sarge is an excellent role model for british military. Be there for your lads, fight with all your strength and go out like a fuckin soldier. When you sign your life away on that dot you have to mean it, and not once turn your back on it.

As far as I know Cooper gets rescued by an American spec ops team who saw the flares. He and some guy from Ryans squad get put in a tent or something, since the americans thought they are both batshit insane. But then the werewolves from Ryans squad attack (real dog soldiers) and after defending themselves Cooper, Ryan's dude and American survivors go to a cave where other men are hiding.

I don't know 'bout the sequel, it could be great or it could really fail.

2:30 sarge is in pain falling and grabbing the knife

2:39 sarge is now on the floor reaching in his pocket and looking at the picture

2:54 the wolfs knock down the door and slowly come in

2:57 cooper looks up and points his gun at them

3:01-3:08 the wolfs come in one of them scratching his claws against the ceiling

3:11 sarge is looking at them as they get closer and takes out the lighter (one of the wolfs roar) holds it up and smiles.. its knocked out of his hands and he screams-boom boom..

When the werewolves are "scratching the ceiling", the stuntmen actually held on to the ceiling, since the were on stilts.

Also, the werewolf which knocks out the lighter is Megan (you can see her eye missing).

Abaut the sequel, Fresh Meat

It was abaut how American soldiers, who were nearby saw the rockets and came to investigate. They found one soldier from Ryans squad and didn't believe him. Even after they found Cooper and he told the same thing, they still didn't believe. Then they got attacker by real dog soldiers, the men from Ryan's squad.

It was scrapped, for some reasons, mainly cuz they didn't like that Americans would save Brits again and feared that it wouldn't be as good as Dog Soldiers.

@purploman66 There WAS a sequel in the works, with the subtitle "Fresh Meat" but it was scrapped in 2005. Besides, I like to think that Cooper headed back to civilisation and quit the military.
