It's wireless internet. Some say that it stands for "Wireless Fidelity" but from my understanding there is no meaning, it is more used as a title. Like a brand name, something that is there, has no real meaning, but when you say it everyone knows what it is.
Don't you love how some of the most nastiest restaurants that you wouldn't dare even step into (let alone order something and eat there) try to lure customers in by offering free Wi-Fi?
The one in your video; Yes, I believe it is a cafe. It just jogged my memory of this sad place I pass by going to work advertising their Wi-Fi. If the place here I see is a cafe is highly questionable.
