After the last round, with the twin drum mags, the Glock slide is forward (1:00). I'd assume that there's no mag follower on these to hold the slide back, but I've never used one. How does Bob know that there isn't a round in that red-hot chamber before he goes bimbling off the firing point waving the muzzle of his uncleared weapon all over the place (1:06)? Cook off, Bob? Since Bob was rapid firing all that ammo to see if it could melt the Glock, the latter case is quite possible. Bob should have checked the weapon to ensure the chamber was clear, period. You shouldn't take risks like that, however small that risk might be. The logic is infallible, Captain.

A.) You've never shot a full auto firearm, And do not know how it handles.

B.) The stock helps contol the upwards recoil, but, as discussed in point a, you've never fired a full auto glock, or at least with a drum magazine.

C.) M1911 vs glock? Coke vs Pepsi? Chevy vs Ford? 9mm vs 45acp? Take it to the forums. I hastily agree, but the glock is by no means junk. After about 100 rounds, that m1911 starts to gum up. Glock does not.

What you mean is that I never fired a pistol in full auto which is correct. I know what a stock does. Finally, to your real point, yeah the m1911 may gum up after 100 rounds ( usually 130 rounds for my particular firearm) but that is a minor problem easily remedied and not really a reason to prefer a Glock.
