It's definitely not Theme of Laura. It's in the same key, but not the same song.

I looked at a few songs people think its from, and it seems to be a mix of all of them. Some have the grace notes, others have the same main lic.

@KILLER7CON Actually, this was asked on the original video and it turns out it was an Avril Lavigne song, though I don't remember what the name of it was. Look around and you can find it, then probably an intrumental version.
