Hades never died his soul was released when Kratos stabbed himself with the Olympian God Sword at the end of God of War III his soul was only stolen by Kratos, remember both of them were having a duel to take each others soul's, but when you take someone's soul your not really killing them therefore, Hades was only incapatated

I believe the story goes they drew sticks to determine each gods domain. Hades got the smallest while Zeus got the largest. Pretty much, he got cheated.

Hades he is one of my favourites from god of war and the greek mythology
