@FreaxxForever im no doctor but you may have an allergy to metal. if i was in your situation i would use anti itch cremes or caladrly. using a frozen spoon would be no different than using ice except less messy.

I got a pretty big dark hickey on the fronter part of my neck so i couldnt hide it with my hair, and all i did was hold ice on it the second i got home that night and it worked a little bit and then the next day i watched this video and i did the toothbrush trick and it worked soo well! after the redness was gone the hickey was barely noticeable...thanks a lot!

The coin trick hurts (& works like you said) because it requires a lot of pressure, but the others should be a lot more gentle (& also take a lot longer because of how little pressure you should be applying). I'm glad that something worked for you though :)
