This limitation will force them to wait upto 6 months with no internet access so changing isps wont work and easily disconecting a persons phone line from having online access to nothing but essential numbers will make these scumbags think three times before engaging in stalking. This should be forced by world leaders and even include users engaged in piracy and other criminal acts online. A lot of internet related crime would plumment this way and would tackle a lot of problems.
What a brave women. There needs to be something done with all the Internet Service Providers out there. Force all of them no one exempt to have there customers sign a legal agreement that if caught cyberstalking there personal information can easily be sent to the victim. This will drop cyber stalking down by at least 85-90 % and will scare to many cyberstalkers of the net. Also it should be instant disconnection for anyone caught doing so and a limitation placed on that persons phone line.
Wow. My good friend has been the victim of a cyberstalker for the last 10 years. There is nothing he has been able to do. The police will not help. This is a very smart woman! GREAT VIDEO!
This woman has summed up exactly how I feel and what I am experiencing currently. The ID code on line should be used for every time a user hits the enter button to establish it is really them and not a fake i.d.
The police should be able to help you but they don't.

Be careful of what you post, stalkers will use any private information they can find. It's hard for the average person to comprehend but these people are that sick that they will literally go through everything you have written, countless posts, and find private information.
