I came to this from the third movement. You carefully execute every small detail in this movement too (needless to say). This is very robust playing. It absolutely fits with Beethoven's first period style.

Performing a work of art should always mean paying tribute to the composer. George invariably does this. It takes a lot of technical skill, but above all understanding what the composer wanted to express. Only geniuses can do this. My deepest respect to George.
