  • Yeah... reset & wf-mod on both (is there any other way?) ; )

  • so - just for clarification......do you have the 'reset option' and 'wf-mod' done only for the SLAVE 930 and it's 2 x Q963 modules? or do both the SLAVE and MASTER have these modifications?

  • Genial!!! Vielen Dank für das Hineinstellen

  • incredible job, as usual, sadly so many people who like to, haven't the gear exactly like this or anyway under their hands, for my part I would like to make music with that kind of tool, it's so unlimitless even if the music is pointing in some of the Electronika realm without doubt. And this I always liked it. Just having softwares is far so fun...

  • fantastic as always! i dont quite have a complete grasp of whats going on, mainly because i dont have a grasp of any modules or complex sequencing devices. but some day....i kinda wish s.com would make a version of synthinvent where you could actually patch things up and make some noise so schlubs like me can wet their whistle until they can actually dive in and start building, it would probably be good for those how have modulars to use as "patch memory" too. that kinda defeats the purpose tho

  • Thanks Morbius. As usual a most excellent job of patching. And explaining it. It would probably take me alot of practice to get it down that well... And it would help if I had a couple of 960 sequencer suites. Next year perhaps. But I'd love to make complex sequencer patches like these.

  • ... and oh yeah.... I did put a 'pause' in this video. Reason: to give people more time to read all of the annotations. Explaining this patch leaves a 'tart' sensation in my eyeballs.

  • For those interested.... the 'basic' modules used are: two Q960 Sequential Controllers (with the 'Reset Option', and with the "WF-MOD" done, between the Q960 & the Q963(s) (to the right of the 'SLAVE' Q960)); one Q963 Trigger Bus; one (custom built) 'PATCHABLE' Trigger Bus, which can be seen on the left side (which can be substituted by a second Q963, daisy-chained so that the 'Slave' Q960 (bottom) has two Q963's connected to it... and that's it (besides all of the standard synth-modules).

  • @morbius001 dude we ... well i am anyhow... very interested... love it... i am using a doepfer MAQ and other analog and idigital synths... love the synths.com set up you have... insperational way of doing the whole sequence thing.. who needs MIDI LOL...

  • Please leave comments and/or questions concerning this patching technique. Thanx-

    ~Morbius~

  • I have the same system! Just starting out. Could you demonstrate how to patch sequencer(s) with basic moduals like vco, vca, vcf, eg? That would at least get me started. Thanks.@morbius001

  • @spacemeister1

I confess.. I'm not really sure exactly what you mean... "how to patch sequencers with basic modules"?... unless you're asking how to .... just patch? (Not meant as a smart-ass answer)... in any case, not enough room in the 'comments' section. Just emIl me.
