The film, "This Film is not yet Rated" kinda hit the nail on the head when it comes to North America and namely the US's idiocy when it comes to sex. It's okay to show women being raped for entertainment, but show her cumming, and you've committed a sin.

I've hated the FCC ever since they starting cracking down and censoring everything on TV turning into this boring predictable, soap opera like atmosphere. I was a sport entertainment fan but the FCC suddenly limited the sex, the violence and the profanity - it took two thirds out of the fun of watching it.
The FCC I especially hate. Who are they to force their morality on me or anyone else, esp. broadcasters?? I could care less if Janet Jackson's boob got exposed. Is that really such a big deal?? Everyone's seen breasts! They're not inherently "dirty!" Or how about the FCC fining Howard Stern just for talking dirty on his radio show? Fuck the FCC! Fucking Crazy Cunts
I say, if Fox wants to broadcast nudity on its local channels, so be it. Parents have responsibilities to monitor their kids.
