  • @savemyrepublic woof woof woof

  • that is awesome total imunity lol

  • hahaha!! too funny

  • There is one in every town. Sad.

  • lmao i should do this. get permanent immunity from DUI's

  • lol get out fo here pig lol

  • god you guys should come to glasgow, ky and shut these guys down this town is full of crooked cops

  • iTS NOT FARE THAT THE POLICE BREAK THE LAWS THAT THERE SUPPOSE TO BE UPHOLDING I ALWAYS SEE THEM BREAKING THE SPEED LIMIT LAWS IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE FREEDOM LOVEING AMERICAN CITIZENS FALLOW THEM AROUND AND VIDEO TAPE THERE ACTIONS BUT THEN THEY WOULD TICKET YOU FOR INTERFANCE WITH POLICE ACTION THEY HAVE LAWS TO GET AROUND EVERY THING

  • If an officer takes issue with there behavior being documented, then it's there behaviour that is the issue and not the documentation of it.

Officer's put there lives on the line every day, and that is an honorable service, likewise that service should be performed with honor!

  • hahahaha smoked a fat joint and got throw out of the bar,oh your that guy lol that would never happen with the los angeles county sherriff

  • i'm very curious about this "stop" IF a crime had actually been violated, WHY did the LEO simply wave him off and walk away. Clearly proof the seizure was not justified or LAWFUL...just a thought... hmmm

  • @MajorRick12345 All my stops have been about one thing only! My cameras, It's not a good thing when my Government takes hundreds of videos of me every day, but if I have a camera on them, I can go to jail! When I drive, My cameras are mounted on tripods, no distracted driving

  • @savemyrepublic I actually agree with you 100%. I simply had a problem with him making the stop initially; especially IF you weren't doing anything illegal. I say film, film, film and if they don't like it, change professions. We ALL MUST strive to hold our officials accountable. I'm not suggesting mistreating LEO; but if one is abusing his power, he MUST be held accountable....period.

  • @savemyrepublic heard of boy that cried wolf? just wait until you r in need of law enforcement see if your singing the same tune when u need them you pos

  • @savemyrepublic It's still a bit odd that you spy on police officers though don't you think? You claim the government takes videos of you.... well..... they don't go after you actively filming you do they? How do you not see the difference between what you are doing and a security camera around a building? Don't you have a job or something better to do......?

  • @MajorRick12345 The officer did conduct a lawful stop. All an officer needs to stop someone is "reasonable suspicion." This is reason to suspect a crime has occurred, is occurring, or is about to occur. I would call driving around a parking lot extremely slow while filming the police as very suspicious. Once the officer realized what was going on, he no longer suspected any criminal activity, so left him alone.

  • @blanknot You are entitled to your opinion, and I can respect that; however, I must disagree as there have been several court opinions issued to says different. Driving around filming is NOT a crime and cannot be used as 'reasonable suspicion of a "crime"'. IF the officer had detained the driving and THEN found something in the car, it would surely be suppressed as 'fruit of the poisonous tree.' I wasn't trying to bash the LEO, but I do question suspected 'stops.'

  • @blanknot " driving around a parking lot extremely slow ", That is how I recommend anyone to drive in a full parking lot. " filming the police" That is, and always will be the right of citizen press. 1st Amendment, 1st because most important of Amendments. CONGRESS SHALL make no law prohibiting the free exercise thereof;or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press. I would of loved to known the reason for the stop. thanks

  • @savemyrepublic By extremely slow I meant excessively slow for the area. For example, traveling 35mph on a freeway would be extremely slow. I called his actions (in its entirety, not just filming or driving) as suspicious. I did not call it illegal, so your argument is irreverent. MajorRick made some great points in his comment to me. However, I still stand behind the officer. I believe, in my own personal opinion, that he was rightful in being suspicious.

  • @blanknot if the law demanded tha the police officer give a reason for the stop, that you could dispute in court, i would agree with you. but so long as they are allowed to keep such "reasonable suspicion" to themselves you can never prove they violated your rights. i think the law should demand that they arrest you and read you your rights, or give you the reason for stopping you so you can dispute that in court if you feel it was for no reason! that will solve a lot of problems

  • @blanknot You've missed one important point. Suspicious and odd activity does not equate suspicion of a crime. They can think to themselves "what the heck is this guy doing", but until they can say "I think this guy has done or is about to do X", then they have not meet the requirements of detention.

  • @1775novten That is an important point which I overlooked. Thanks.

  • @blanknot No problem. I just want all the citizens to be aware of their rights and use this forum to pass information and knowledge between each other, so that we are all better informed and equipped to protect and uphold our liberties.

  • @blanknot

articulable suspicious of what CRIME....merely suspicion is not enough for detention this was very heavily emphasized in the law.

  • @robin22391 where was the detention? I never heard the officer say you are being detained nor did he ask the driver to get out of the vehicle. Please explain how he was in detention.

  • !!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS is what happens when you constantly know the law and inform the cops of it :):)

  • Why don't you troll the Canton police cops!!.. I would love to see you do this.. if you got any balls. Just drive down Ford rd in canton during the day when traffic is out writing tickets. Lets see you make your videos then!.. then you will have balls.

  • @ebayisajoke I believe I'll be working in that area, off of Ford Rd. Thanks for the Heads Up, I may check it out!

  • @savemyrepublic cops hang out and write tickets on warm sunny days at ford and Haggerty, they park on the north side of Ford rd at the gas station and at the Bank next to it in front of IKEA. If you see a traffic stop, I dare you to park near them and take video and get out of your vehicle to film them. Then I'll know you have balls.

  • @ebayisajoke Umm your channel shows that you have no balls or lost them. How about you go make a youtube video worth watching and pick your fat butt out of your mom's chair in the basement. That's a start. Savemyrepublic actually has your ball's, i suggest you go grow some new ones.

  • @newm123 I suggest you put my balls in your mouth..

  • @ebayisajoke just curious...does this mean you have no balls? to me, a coward is someone that dares someone to do something they dont have the balls to do themselves!

  • Lol nice

  • LOL... I love the song playing as you troll the cops!!

  • hahaha awesome, you know you suck at life if the cops dont even wanna talk to you!

  • Oh your that guy....i know that area there dicks...i have simlar issues with the monroe county officers...they think there ABOVE the law...

  • lol

  • now that's funny!

  • Cop was in a nice new Caprice PPV!

  • @advncedwarninglights thats in use already?

  • Your so popular with the officers i hope u dont need to call em one day.!

  • "Oh your that dumb ass, good bye" HA

  • You sir, just won the game

  • Wait did you legit do all those things......?

  • It's safe to say that anyone in that town can probably rob you and beat the shit out of you and the local police won't do a damn thing to help you. You burned too many bridges with them. I hope your dumb ass is heavily armed!!

  • @peptoquizmal I am heavily armed, I will take care of myself. I do believe their is plenty of upstanding officers whom want to obey the Laws they are paid to enforce. I know officers who are very uncomforable being with officers whom act in a thug manner. Thanks

  • @peptoquizmal u must be a fag pig ...right ?

  • @peptoquizmal when you say you , i guess you are saying everyone, well great then we don't need them.

  • @peptoquizmal regardless of who the person is cops will do nothing if u get robbed or beat up.

  • @peptoquizmal Yeah these crooked cops probably wouldn't do anything! And you think that's right? In case you are having trouble pulling your head out of your ass, COPS ARE PUBLIC SERVANTS! And being such are subject to to utmost scrutiny and monitoring!

  • oh its just the local idiot. Funny, when you really need there help in some emergency there going to say the same thing.

  • @TheRunningPanda Why do people always say that? Leave the police alone and let them do whatever they want, because you may need them some day? So because we may need them some day, that means they get a waiver and are allowed to do whatever they want? You know the mafia helped people too right? You know gangs help their own people too right? They need to follow the laws just like everyone else all the time - there should be no exceptions.

  • @1775novten dude have you seen what this fag does? just saying that his to be less of an ass.

  • @TheRunningPanda You didn't acknowledge anything I said. Do you think that the citizens shouldn't watch our tax paid government agents and hold them to the same level of accountability that they hold us to? What does the vulgar name calling accomplish?

Would you be upset if you were threatened with violence to pay a fine for something you did, that the same person fining you did? Does that not seem hypocritical to you? Do you not agree with equal standards?

  • This is realy good stuff, we nust do this more and more because people can see how cops behave!

  • "Oh, you're THAT guy! Anyway, good bye!:" LOL! I love it! Keep up the good work!

  • thats what im talking about son

  • I wouldnt want to deal with your bullshit either.

  • @JRFF18E Agreed. This guy is nothing more than an antagonist and it will catch up with him someday.

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa brilliant oh you that guy....... walks of to the next doughnut ahahahahahahhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa kills me!!

  • 12 cops dislike this : )

  • Lmfao funny as fuck

  • lmao!

  • that loser guy!

  • lmfao

  • oh ur that guy ROOROROFL!!

  • You momma must be so proud

  • I love the music!! Your nuts man

  • Sir, are you by chance a member of the Tea Party?

  • i would love for this to be the reaction for cops around here lol actually there is one that knows me from walking the highways in the middle of the night... *lights flashing* "what are you doing?" "walking." " why are you walking this late at night?" "why not? it's safer than during the day." *small back and forth* "see ya tomorrow!"

  • You are clearly in need of some meds...and counseling....you really shouldn't be stalking cops who are trying to do thier jobs....he gave you the exact aomunt of attention you deserved....

  • To funny! I just had the same thing happen to me! A Green Cove Springs Police Officer recently pulled me over because I was flashing my headlights warning other citizens of his speed trap. The officer recognized me and said he knew who I was and that I did good work!

  • @HONORYOUROATH Just as an FYI, you can get a ticket for flashing your headlights in most states.

  • @willieboonewi Thanks for the heads up! Here in Florida their is a class action law suit against the FHP and other law enforcement for illegally stopping and ticketing citizens for flashing their high beams.I am working on a project where I'm blatantly flashing my high beams in front of LEO's running speed enforcement.I'm calling the project Reverse Bait Car! You can Google( FHP illegally tickets high beams law suit) and the articles should come up.

  • @HONORYOUROATH That's an interesting situation with FHP. We've been ticketing for people flashing their headlights, or flashing their headlamps for years. It's similar here where you can't have any blinking light and you can't flash your high beams at oncoming traffic. It should be an interesting lawsuit to say the least. Could you imagine how f-ed up it would be if EVERYONE went around strobing their headlights.

  • @willieboonewi This guy in the videos is a nutcase supreme, and I appreciate the job cops do, but the only reason you are ticketing people is because they are warning others about your revenue traps. Every Law Officer I know routinely speeds everywhere they go, and when they get pulled over it's a "courtesy" warning. I have had several myself as a Military person in uniform, so please spare the bull because people DO know better. Taxpayers already pay you, you don't need to rob them twice.

  • Can't wait until you get tazed

  • OWNED!

  • LOL....too funny...!!!

  • Haha. Hey kiddo?

"Oh, you're THAT guy..." isn't meant to be taken as a compliment.

It means "Oh, you're that moron who likes to stalk police officers in an attempt to prove that they are just as fallible as the rest of society."

I can't wait for you to post a video of an officer driving 5 miles over the posted speed limit like everyone else, or failing to use their turn signal. That'll really show 'em!

  • @SeedsOfHatred Yes, you are correct that everyone sins. But the different is that citizens get fined or thrown in jail for these sins, while officers get to go on their merry way. Completely agree that most of these violations are pointless and not that big a deal, but it's completely hypocritical to enforce someone that you don't abide by as well. Agree?

  • @1775novten I do agree, yes. But as I said, it's equally illegal to travel 5 miles over the posted speed limit, and if they want to, an officer is well within his legal parameters to issue a ticket if you do so. And yet, they do it all the time.

There are literally hundreds (if not thousands) of hypocritical things that you and I do every day. That fact is trivial (as you said, "not that big a deal").

I am an officer myself, and I can assure you that we don't "go our merry way" when we make

  • @SeedsOfHatred Again, I agree we all sin and do hypocritical things. However, the difference is that you will write me a ticket or throw me in a cage for things that you do yourself. That's the only point I'm trying to make - not that citizen are better than cops - we are all the same.

Cops are either exempt from laws citizens have to abide by, or they usually are not held accountable like citizens. When the double standard means money and/or jail time, then I have a problem.

  • @1775novten You seem to be speaking generally. That is faulty logic. As I said, officers are not exempt from laws, nor are they immune to consequences. I just saw a video here the other day in which a sheriff's deputy was arrested by a trooper for DUI.

Might I ask what things I do myself that, if you did them, would warrent a ticket or arrest?

  • @SeedsOfHatred Many places police are exempt from seat belt laws, driving and talking on cell phone laws, speed limits. I've also watched a video of an officer letting another go that he pulled over for DUI.

Cops usually have immunity from legal or civil prosecution while on duty.

When cops commit acts that would be considered crimes for a civilian, they may be disciplined or fired, but are rarely criminally prosecuted.

  • @1775novten I can only speak for my state and for myself, but here, any citizen is allowed to talk on a cell phone while driving (this does not apply to texting). Seatbelts are also required by law to be worn - regardless. The speed limit is to be obeyed just as much as it is for anyone else (except when in response to an emergency).

As for having immunity from prosecution, if it is true, I've certainly never heard of it. In civilian rumors, sure, but not in practice.

  • @SeedsOfHatred Glad to hear your State attempting to hold everyone to the same standard. Cali is prob one of the worst offenders. Even if a citizen pulls over on the shoulder to take a call so they are not driving while talking, they can still be cited for using the shoulder in a non-emergency. A bit ridiculous.

Yes you are usually immune, that's why the State pays out in civil lawsuits, not the officer found to be negligent.

  • @1775novten Actually, I've heard the same about Cali. My ex is originally from there and she's told me some legal horror stories. I live in Virginia, so things are a bit different. When she came out here, she was rather shocked with how laid back we are. Haha

  • @SeedsOfHatred Well if you ever head up to DC or NYC and I'm sure any other major city, you will also see that they are exempt from the no parking zones. They can pretty much park where ever they want, even if they are not on a call. To grab something to eat, run errands, or whatever else.

Also in VA, you are exempt from the texting law.

    § 46.2-1078.1

    B. The provisions of this section shall not apply to:

    1. The operator of any emergency vehicle

  • @SeedsOfHatred I think you could also get away with not wearing your seat belt under:

    § 46.2-1094

    B. This section shall not apply to:

    2. Any law-enforcement officer transporting persons in custody or traveling in circumstances which render the wearing of such safety belt system impractical;

I think most could come up with a good excuse for it being "impractical".

I'm a VA resident as well and I agree our police and laws are a lot better than most.

  • @1775novten (Part 2) a serious transgression.

  • WHAT????

  • "I SHOT THE SHERIFF" hahahahaha good background music

  • that was great about what the cop said

  • So you really have nothing better to do with your life?? you really think cathing cops not wearing a seatbelt is saving our society?? HEY IDIOT they are allowed by law to NOT wear seatbelts...so your actually cathing them obeying the law...what a hero you are!! I bet you failed the police test didn't you, have bad vision? To stupid to get into the police academy?? Get a job loser ..you dont have a clue how hard being a cop really is...

  • @countrygansta76 I love it, YOU call this guy an idiot and 2 things here are obvious. You can't use spell check AND it is not legal for cops to NOT wear seat belts. I asked our neighbor THE COP and he laughed at you, and the guy posting this video saying: DO IT AGAIN! Cops are always accountable for their actions and you sir, are the idiot.

  • Hey 'that guy', why don't you come to a big city instead of suburbia and fuck with some ghetto police and see what you get away with.

  • this cop is great, hes like oh this is that jackass

  • @larkins905603 That cop was nice and polite. He never called him a jackass. Go find someone else to badmouth, you're just mad you don't have the nerve to make cops answer for their discrepancies.

  • How many videos do you have of yourself messing with cops? You must be one of the academy rejects who couldn't cut it as a security guard much less a police officer. Idiots like you draw attention and heat on every other citizen by pissing them off. BTW you look like Jeffery Dahmer in you other videos!! lol!!

  • Fucking Awesome!!!!!!!!!

  • It's pretty ironic that you were listening to "I shot the sheriff" Haha

  • lol, you must be pretty popular with local LEO's.

  • @tksemipro It's so funny to see these officers now make a effort to let me know they now wear their seat belt! I have video, maybe I'll post some, I feel good!

  • @tksemipro I wonder if he's popular with the local Libra's too!?

  • @tksemipro Man I love it, its about time someone checking these ass here in Michigan.

  • wayne county has new caprices now?

  • Lol YEA THANX FOR REMINDING ME OF JIMMY JUSTICE, ALMOST FORGOT ABOUT HIM LOL HE WOULD HAVE WENT BERZERK ON THAT COP FOR NOT HAVEING A BELT ON. LOL 2 THUMBS UP FOR JIMMY JUSTICE HAHA

  • Lol that's a good one he ain't wanna get in busted because he knows u catch them braking the law...lol

  • @DeathlyHurtt Other Law Officer has seen unedited videos ( 3 Cameras ), I'm told this officer may have committed FIVE violations. I do like this deputy, he was very cool, no need to post all video. Peace

  • You should meet jimmy justice

  • Damn wish it was that easy for me but wait! I never got pulled over or had a ticket yet! Knock on Wood!

  • I love it!!!! Southgate is a joke cops there are the most crookedofthe lot.

  • he has a pedo van. that why you got stopped.

you probably doing this so you seem crazy but you are a super pedophile.

  • bahhhhhaaaa

  • LOL dismissed as the unimportant cocksmooch you are

  • Hey shit head, if i were to pull you over and you started bitching at me, i would look you in the face tell you to fuck off, and leave, go get a real job that actually does something productive, you arent making any progress by just being a pain in the ass

  • @trackstar921 You Would tell me to fuck off, and leave, Thats What has been happening to me! I Love It !!! Thanks OH! Govyou!

  • @savemyrepublic haha so u enjoy being a nobody that no one wants to associate themselves with. And what the fuck is this Govyou shit, speak common english you fucking waste of life. you dont even know me so you have no idea what i would do, so don't talk to me like this is some man to man conversation, because the only man i see here is me and some fucking faggot who likes to get tickets

  • HAHAHA That policeman completely blew you off as being an unimportant nut case.

  • I agree, how many times by law are we allowed to go around a parking lot? How about this cop gets to his real job and stops criminals who are actually doing something wrong. He probably realized that this is the guy who exposes cops for harassment. I got rolled up on by cops while jogging one night, said that because I was wearing a hoodie (50 degrees outside) that I looked suspicious, on a public sidewalk! This is seeming less like America every day when you can't even walk down the street!

  • @TheTruthHurtsYup hey you do realize that someone most likely called that in, don't bitch at the cops, they were doing their job, they responded to a call of a suspicious person, if you are going to bitch at anyone, go find the complainant... p.s. The Truth Hurts, get some common sense

  • What's suspicious about driving slow in a parking lot? How fast do we have to go? As soon as he turned into the lot the car was in his way and he had to stop for a minute, but it's a parking lot not a highway!

  • U've got status :-)

  • now your above the law too!

  • I guess this particular 'law enforcement' department either doesn't have, or doesn't enforce their weight policies. This deputy was clearly overweight.

  • @DoctorStoneDDSPhD They cannot discrinate on weight. Most departments have a set routine that if the officer can preform they can qualify. (Running, pushups ect.) Obviously this dept. is one of the minority that dont or he can qualify. End of story.

  • i love this dude lol

  • Steve U R the best! LOL!!

  • That was a very smart cop! Never argue with idiots!

  • LOVE the background music though... your videos are hilarious. You know just how to make us laugh.

  • Awesome!

  • Perhaps he probably recognised a behavior that is suspicious. (looking into cars as if youre casing them or driving endless circles is an example). He saw you and recognised you. That changed his mind. He realized that you werne't doing what he though. He probably though "this guy is trying to look suspicious on purpose so I stop and interrogate him" so he recognized that you are harmless and took the high road. He left so that you don't get to have your fun. Well played officer… well played.

  • @willieboonewi I love your comments, you guys are killing me! Has anybody ever died from a overdose of Laughter? Please keep your comments comming in! Peace Thanks, Steve

  • @savemyrepublic ... just a likely scenario.

  • @savemyrepublic actually someone has died from an overdose of laughter...look up 1,000 ways to die:)

  • @willieboonewi Fun, are you kidding me! Getting thrown to a cement floor, arrested, taken to jail. Forced to spread eagle and felt up from top to bottom. A out of control Thug with a gun (cop) in my face screaming" Shut the Fuck Up". Pushed back 80 feet, and many threats of going to jail. For starters. NOT FUN! The ONLY time cops hassel me is when they relize I busted them breaking laws on camera. I may have 5 violations on this Deputy. Our Government is broken, NOT FUN. GOVYOU!

  • @savemyrepublic lol, you crack me up.

  • @willieboonewi I liked to be challenged on my videos, it's always the right thing to do to get to the truth. I thank you for your comments.

  • @willieboonewi Good job by the officer. He saw him and knew it was the nutjob that gets off by being questioned by the cops. Driving around in a parking lot is enough to stop you. You could be looking to break into cars, kidnap someone,or assault or rape someone,or rob them. Don't you know maybe store owners or customers call on you when they see you doing this stuff. it's very odd behavior. You could be watching patterns to break into a business or rob a store.

  • @theenforcer1977 Yep, he sure looks like a nut job.

  • @willieboonewi stupid fuck most cops love to be able to do what they want when they want and a cam stops them in there track eat a baby dick mother eat a sack of baby dicks dick

  • Maybe he was stopping you for not having a rear view mirror?

  • @perryinjax I have a rear view mirror, you can see the bottom of the mirror just below the top of windshield. See pulseblixx only video for best view.

  • @perryinjax It's not against the law not to have a rear view mirror. He probably stopped him for stalking around driving like a granny.

  • @lolzwtfbbq85 Yes you are right.. I think he just stopped him because they are trained to spot suspicious looking behavior/driving/etc.. and once he recognized him, there was no need to interact further with him.

  • This, my friend, is a beautiful thing!!!!!!! Two thumbs up. :)

  • Now I'm curious what he was going to say. You can tell he was starting to say "Is there any reason....." Better luck next time deputy.

  • he is a afraid of doing his job right

  • lol

  • oh my god haha lmao hats to funny i wish the cops would say that to me when they stop me

  • Comment removed

  • It never gets old. Nice video "that guy!" :D

  • LOL Wow. Our police are so useful.
