Sure there are minor similarities in the melody of the chorus and whatnot, but nothing amazingly similar about the two songs. The tempo is much faster in "Born This Way." Every song probably sounds a lot like another song in some ways. There are billions of billions of songs out there... it's bound to happen in some ways anyway.
