  • shookron, what else you got for me, Ya aum?

  • Great video! I have some questions.

I was taught that "give me", was pronounced "edeely", with an "l" sound and not a "n" sound. Is this a regional variation within Egypt?

I was taught that "I don't know" was slightly different: "ma arafs". Another variation?

Isn't it ok to say it-toilet, instead of hamman?

    Regards, from Iceland

  • @stelpumamma

its ok to use either "i" or "n'" sound......

yes its another variation but i brever the one presented in the video.....

the word " ma arafsh" i think it ends with "sh" not "s"

you can use either toilet or "hammam", in my country "Saudi" we use another word " dawrat al meah" its more formal.....

althougth i'm happy that youre interested in arabic, i wish that you learn original arabic, then all arab will understand you......

  • great job ))) thank you)) a very beautiful language))

  • hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

it's sooo silly and also it's boooooring , sooo boring with the Egyptian Accent !!

    xD

  • @damdoomatt كنت عارفه انك هتطلع احد حمير العرب

u r just one jealous idiot

  • sure, it's egyptian, but the letters are the same as they are in urdu or pashmin.

  • @naslghiwanenglish This comment comes across as very narrow-minded and disrespectful to the millions of people that speak Egyptian Arabic. The video itself is NOT titled "Modern Spoken Arabic" or "Classical Arabic."

BTW, I am learning Egyptian Arabic, and I thought magauchsein did a really good job with the video. :)

  • @ Paramedico

  • Try lising to Somali It Sounds So A Like Commonly they always have the "ah & Ya" sounnd you would also hear in Arabic. Besides Arabic Egyption is the easyest of Them All Compair to farsi Afhanstan & Saudi Arabian Arabic there hard but Also Everyone still understands eachother MSA Is also Easyer. Get The Accent Right & you will learn faster, get it wrong & u could get betten up or worse depending how u say it. or what ur not surpose to learn.

  • it's simply egyptian dialect. This is how we speak in Cairo or Alexandria but it drastically changes depending how far you go in Upper Egypt. But those examples are not the only ways we use and we cannot call this arabic. Hence we call our language colloquial.

  • this is not arabic, no way

  • @xool121 its Arabic But its by Egypt Accent - There r many arabic accent for all arabian countries but we still can understand each other

  • is a dialect but its arabic..:|,,,,

  • go to the hell

  • يارجال انتم لا تتكلمون باللغة العربية بل بالمصرية اللهجة المصرية وعندكم اخطاء كبير ونقدر جهودكم

  • اسيادك يا اهبل

  • الحياة تستحق العيش لأن هناك حب

can anyone help me translate this??

    thanks!

    greatly appreciated

  • life worth living because of love

  • faen is norwegianxD

  • man, i dont know why egyptians are feuding with us algerians, i mean com on, there was discussion i recalled where they made fun of how we speak. we speak the same (exactly as they do) and theres nothing changed. its the same language.

  • @qwertyguy76 plz dont tell me about algerian arabic or algerian dialect because no one can get it AT ALL it sounds like mixed with french so plz dont insult egyptian dialect because finally arabic is our mother tongue . btw arabic is the formal language in egypt but we talk slang between each other as many of arabs do

  • @midom1231 i have to say you are right, i just hope the country will finally agree on an official language than arabic mixed with french. only moroccans or tunisians can understand us. but here is something very true: in every arab country, there is no official arabic dialect, each country has its own dialect.

  • @qwertyguy76 yea ur rite and i think its normal . the US has millions of accents , they sometimes dont get each other

  • I love the sound of the Arabic language!

  • well i speak the accent of Iraqi arabic is lil bit different than egyptian arabic accent

  • faein means where they didnt translate it

  • @dobata1986 Totally agree when he said "enta menaen?" (where are u from) I was thinking earth... where are you from? lol

  • Thanx for the video

I think The Title should be the Egyption Arabic dialect

    Salam

  • this is not Arabic language,

its Egyptian accent. plz dont destroy the beauty of Arabic with these accents.

  • how he will know the meaning of your shit if you are saying it just in arabic..This video is considered as a funny video not a toturial..Fuck you man ..Bel 3arabi kos okhtak hehehehe
