hey hey! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
WARNING ABOUT ALMOND BREEZE: It has Carageenan in it. It is made from seaweed and is a polysaccharide. It irritates the lower intestine and is cancer causing. A LOT of dairy and non-dairy products have it. READ THE LABELS. If you want a tasty almond milk, try Silk.
Well, thank you for posting these videos. Today I went to whole foods with a friend and I found the coconut based ice cream you had mentioned in your video. Needless to say, I was really happy :)
Also, do you know and/or know of websites that explain why you should not consume cow milk? I love milk, I drink a glass before I go to bed almost everyday. That is going to be hard to let go.
Thank you very much for this video and your other videos for that matter. I've been trying to start eating raw, not just for the benefit of losing weight, but because I want to be healthy. These videos were just the guidance that I needed to get started. Thank you very much!!
Most appreciative of the time you've taken to gather all this info and share in this video! Truly informative post! Much thanks! Wish you blessings and continued success in all your endeavors!
i love almond milk--drink it every day. i don't like coconut milk much but i've tried the yogurt and ice cream and they're both great. i think i'll try to find the nut cheese, i had no idea anyone sold it...makes it a lot easier than making it yourself!
Soy is found to cause mucus in the body just as cow's milk does. It seems like with anything, there's good and bad in it all. Some also questions the hormonal effects of soy.
It can also lead to onset of diabetes, screw up your thyroid.. and many other things. Eating the bean itself is good. After processing.. its like any other processed food.. not really good for you. Huggs Dea
Cynthia - AWESOME vid as I am trying to cut back on my cheese consumption. Will definitely be looking for some of these items as they look SO delish, thank you <3
You should give it a try. It really is good and doesn't have the funny taste that those diet or alternative ice creams have. Honey, if my husband will eat it, then I know you will LOL!
Hi Cynthia, a great video! Not sure I've seen "So D." products. They look delicious, I'll look for them....it's the transition foods that have helped me a lot. Raw dairy & nut products are saviors for me. I still want to try making hemp milk at home, it's amazing. My fav raw chocolate mousse is made with hemp milk added. A local company that I hope will share their recipe! Nut milks are easy to make at home, too. Only need a blender. I've even use a mini-chopper!
Dr Cow's nut cheeses can be purchased online. The raw milk cheeses can be found at Whole Foods, maybe The Fresh Market, and perhaps at your local health food store.
Not yet, but It would be a great exercise recovery food. It can be added to fruit smoothies to help aid in muscle recovery. I have had hemp seed butter, it has a unique taste, but when your palate become cleaner, you tend to enjoy foods that don't taste good while eating on the SAD.
@ringaroundtharosey: cute user name!...Hemp milk is delicious! A few years ago someone gave me fresh, ground up hemp seeds. I was amazed at how scrumptious it was. I think I was nutrient deficient, too, so I craved more of it right away. I could have made a meal out of a bowl of it. It & it's 'milk' kind of tastes like the flavor of grape nuts cereal (but with a much better, finer, easily chewable consistency). There are probably other foods that taste like it that others can share about.
Thank you for this video. I particularly enjoyed when it came to the ice cream alternatives. I will be looking for that product.

Thanks for your videos!!! Is the Blue Diamond Almond Breeze considered "Raw" though? Thank you!!
guitarlovenjc 2 years ago
@guitarlovenjc
No, the Blue Diamond nut milk is not raw. You can create a pure raw nut milk from nuts of your choice by grinding in a blender and straining.

I thought so. Thank you very much!

Have you tried food combining to transition to raw? Eat fresh and simply works and you spend less money. I have lost 60lb since Feb 2009.

The raw milk Monterrey jack style cheese is awesome. It actually tastes better than processed milk cheeses. The nut cheese is very good as well.
