as true as it gets. Its more than music, you need to understand it, simply listening to the tunes is not even half what makes it the floyd.

parson's engineered the dark side album, so that's not a bad idea for replacement, but I'm afraid without Wright the Floyd could never sound the same. And unfortunately they had at least two decades to resolve their long standing issues so it's time to let go of the "reunion" idea. Want to see Floyd in their prime? Watch the Pompeii dvd!!! It'd be nice if a dvd came out highlighting one of their tours between Dark Side and the Wall.

,,,I know it seems Wright should play keys with his own unique style, but after all, they did replace him somewhere during the recording of "The Wall" & he was not involved with "The Final Cut", whoever was used for that used his style so if they use replacements from time to time so be it, as long as they keep the unique Floyd sound, also, they used an additional drummer if you remember during the "Momentary lapse of Reason" tour.

I just saw him(Roger) in concert a couple weeks ago...

Gilmour is God as far as I'm concerned. I thought Waters seemed out of tune though. Probably best he left when he did, as PF made vast improvements without him. I think Gilmour's vocals are far superior to Waters, but I would still like to see one last concert with them all together.
