No not at all. Here in this Mumbai attacks, Indian special forces paid much interest to save the foreign tourists. If not it is matter of one hour for them to clear the handfull of spoiled ones. No doubt all are trined in pakistan, the problem child of indian subcontinent. Indian NSG, MORCOS single commando can answer 10 terrorists.
