Awwww, what an adorable chi! My 14 year old shih-tzu does the same trick. However, at her age, she is a bit slower, and much more reluctant to do it ;)

Oh that is so cool :) My Chihuahua, Shady, looks almost exactly like Poppy, but with more white around her collar. I wonder if I could teach her some cool tricks. She's been a bit difficult to train so far. My Corgi does the sneezing thing at first when I ask him to "Speak" but after a few times he actually barks. :) Cool video!!

My dog has found that if she's begging at the table, she can't bark but she can sneeze to get attention! We can't really scold her for sneezing, because it's hard to tell if it's real or fake. :) We still haven't committed to teaching her to do it on command, though.

This was something he would do when he really wanted something and we praised him for doing it and gave him treats whenever he does it, soon we added a name to it and now he does it when we want him to!

Oh wow, Poppy also sits on my knees and will do the praying, he even sits on the arm of our lazyboy and does it, I always worry he will fall off!

Zooky will also fling his head back and talk one of these days he's going to snap his neck! He sure entertains us, i call him my little man he loves his mommy(me) very much he sleeps as close as he can get to me at night... how old is Poppy? little man is 4 and was born on the third of July.. were are you guys at?? Poppy will howl when I squeek one of the toys. He also sleeps with me at night and if its cold he will sleep right up against my back. Poppy is almost 9 years old, his birthday is July 19. We live in Litchfield Park Arizona. I call Poppy my heartdog, he is very special to me.

Black, white and tan is how the vets put the description. I heard that you put the highest percentage color first, then the next color and the least amount of color is last. So Poppy is mostly black so he is Black, next most prominent color is White and he has a smaller amount of tan so that is last.

aw this is so cute. its funny how he kept wanting to spin around. my chihuaha also wants to spin around during any other trick. how did you teach him to pray?

He did the praying thing himself as a puppy when I would hold him on his back and he wanted a treat, so I didn't teach him that, but I did teach him to sit up and one day when he wanted attention he sat up and did the praying on his own, I immediately praised him and said "pray" and gave him a treat and he has done it since.
